What is this?

In this 2 part audio program you will learn a 10 step process to re-program your subconscious to love yourself and feel better.

I will also introduce you to ideas with the intent of getting you to change your perspective on how you see and treat yourself.

The course includes exercises to follow along with in Part 2, and downloadable affirmation posters that you can print and post on your wall.

About the instructor

Hi! I'm Natasha. I help people  love themselves, build confidence, and go after big life changing, world altering goals. 

I used to be an entertainer, but even before that I was an extremely shy introvert. I went from someone who could barely make eye contact to someone who will happily jump on stage and speak to or perform for thousands of people.

I also used to hate myself. I've struggled with eating disorders, agoraphobia, anxiety, depression, and on several occasions, have even wanted to kill myself. I used to care too much about what other people thought of me, and I believed that I wasn't good enough to do the things I wanted to do in life. I had debilitating toxic shame and I believed that everyone hated me and that nothing I did ever mattered. On the outside, I showed the world a version of myself that was better than fine, but on the inside, I was tortured.

After years of learning, healing, and growing I've discovered how to really be extremely confident. I'm not talking about tricking people into believing that you're confident. I mean being really truly confident from the inside out.
